THIS IS NOT AN ESCAPE-THIS IS A RETURN.
A gentle sanctuary to pause, breathe, and root deeply into your becoming.
This winter retreat invites you to reflect on the year that’s passed, reclaim what’s ready to rise, and step into the season ahead with intention.

Three soul-nourishing days, you’ll be held in an intimate circle of like-minded women. Through meditation, Reiki-infused practices, intuitive rituals, and soft moments of connection, you’ll be guided home to yourself.

Nestled on a 100-year-old working farm and vineyard, this winter sanctuary is more than a retreat — it’s an awakening. With rolling hills, a breathtaking mountain backdrop, and horses grazing in the distance, this setting invites you to step out of the noise and return to something quieter, older, and beautifully real.

This is an intimate and intentional experience designed for women who are ready to:

  • Reflect on the past year with gentleness and clarity

  • Reclaim their inner voice and reconnect to their natural rhythms

  • Set powerful intentions for the season and year ahead

For three restorative days, you’ll be held in a warm, cocoon-like atmosphere where every detail has been thoughtfully curated:

- Guided meditations and Reiki-infused energy work
- Earth-based rituals and sacred intention setting
- Intuition games and sisterhood circles that deepen connection
- Elegant, high-value gifts that wrap you in softness and care

-Intentional quiet moment practice
- Light movement, nourishing meals, and time to simply be.

The home itself — perched above a historic tasting room — offers six beds, cozy gathering spaces, and an energy that whispers slow down. Winter whites will drape over our space, and soft lighting create a space that feels both grounded and elevated.

This retreat is a resting place for souls looking for a deeper connection to the self, alongside other like-minded women.

However you show up, whatever is heavy on your heart or whatever you are ready to celebrate, was meant to come with you. This retreat, like all of my other events are carefully curated and woven with the purest intentions, and highest form of Reiki, for the most perfect souls to find this- right when they need it most. If you are feeling the gentle nudge to attend, your higher-self might be orchestrating the perfect environment for you to truly rebirth a new you.

During personal free time, guests are invited to honor their own rhythm through an optional silent practice. For some, conversation brings connection; for others, quiet is how they truly exhale.

A colored bracelet will gently signal that you are in a reflective space, holding silence as sacred. This doesn’t mean disconnection — it’s an invitation to share the space in stillness, to honor your inner landscape, and to hold space for others without words.

Sitting in silence is an ancient ritual held in many cultures and is collectively seen as a deep act of respect for one’s sacred path.

This will be my first retreat in two years, and may be the only one of its kind for the year — an invitation to gather intentionally, to root, to remember, and to rise.

Christine is a certified Reiki Master and the soul creator behind The Fluid Soul. Her mission as a business owner and Reiki Practitioner is to help normalize the healing of mind, body, and spirit through energetic connection and intentional living.

Through her workshops, retreats, YouTube teachings, one-on-one healing sessions, and Reiki-infused jewelry, Christine has become a lighthouse for those seeking meaningful transformation. She is passionate about empowering individuals from all walks of life and believes deeply that each of us holds the key to our greatest healing and breakthroughs.

She is also the Founder of Project Wellness Magazine, a quarterly digital publication that highlights local practitioners, nature spaces, and stories that inspire connection and collective healing.

Christine is devoted to creating spaces — both in person and through her work — where souls can root, rise, and return to themselves. She has a gift for holding safe, luminous containers for people as they move through their own seasons of becoming.

Benefits of Reiki Healing

Reiki is a form of energy therapy that is transferred through the practitioner's body and sent to the client or clients. Reiki is a powerful tool for healing that has been around for centuries. It is now being used in medical facilities around the world to help promote faster recovery after surgery, childbirth and infections. It also supports mental health, by releasing suppressed emotions, easing addictions, lowering anxiety, increase stamina for workouts and helps boost creativity. Reiki is not bound by space or time so it can play a major role for future events or unweaving wounds from the past. Reiki will gently be sent throughout this whole event to offer each guest support and guidance for whatever they might need.

It's time to get back to you!

Step onto 160 acres of quiet beauty — a 100-year-old farm where time slows and the land itself seems to breathe. Pomeroy Farms! Horses graze in the distance beneath a wide mountain sky.

Light laughter floats in the background woven with deep connection and powerful conversations. The crisp February wind wrapping you in new ideas and fresh insights to incorporate into your daily routine. Your intuition pulsing with new life after gentle activations and sweet invitations to play a supporting role on this sacred path, in the most balanced & harmonious way.

Here, reflection finds you. Old stories soften.
We awaken a new you and Root To Her.
This isn’t an escape — it’s a return. A homecoming to yourself.

Meals & Nourishment

Because soul work deserves beautiful food.

At the Root to Her Retreat, every bite is part of the experience. We believe food is more than just fuel — it’s ritual, comfort, and connection.

Our meals are designed to feel warm, nourishing, and elegant, honoring the slower rhythm of winter and the richness of the land we gather on.

Friday Evening — Soup & Soft Landing
Your first night is all about grounding. A warm, lovingly prepared seasonal soup and fresh bread will welcome you home. Light snacks will be available as you settle in, find your room, and exhale into retreat mode.

Saturday Night — A Farmhouse Feast
We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Sara Maryatt-Worden, who will be crafting an elegant, locally inspired dinner using seasonal ingredients. This meal is meant to be savored slowly — good food, soft candlelight, shared laughter, and sisterhood.

Lunches — Build Your Own, Your Way

Sandwich or Salads:
Each day you’ll be able to build your perfect plate from a beautiful spread of:

  • Fresh greens & seasonal vegetables

  • Lean Protein Options

  • Local cheeses, artisan spreads & crusty bread

  • Grains, quinoa, and herby dressings

Breakfast — Light, Bright, and Easy
Think cozy breakfast table with fresh pastries, oats with your favorite toppings, granola and yogurt, plus juice, tea, and coffee. A soft start that lets your body wake gently.

Dietary Notes:
We want everyone to feel nourished. If you have any allergies or dietary needs, please email them to us by February 1, 2026 so we can make sure you’re well cared for. Please email Christine at:

thefluidsoul@gmail.com

This isn’t just food — it’s part of the ritual of slowing down, of remembering how good it feels to be cared for, and how powerful it can be to gather around a table together.
