I've always been someone who could feel what people were carrying, even before I had language for it. It wasn't until I found Reiki over a decade ago that I really understood what I was sensing and how it could be used to support healing. Because of this, I call my sessions Intuitive Reiki Sessions.
Along with Reiki energy itself, I sometimes receive gentle impressions about what your body or heart may be ready to release or understand. Sometimes we talk about those things, sometimes we just let the energy do the work quietly. What comes forward is usually very natural and often something you already halfway know but maybe haven't had space to look at with support yet.
I always approach what I share with care. My role is not to tell you what's wrong with you — it's to help you see what is ready to heal.
Some people receive clarity. Some feel emotional release. Some just deeply rest. Every session looks a little different because every person is different.
My intention is always the same: to create a space where you can exhale a little, feel supported, and walk away feeling more like yourself again.

Sometimes you just need a little clarity… a reflection… or someone to look at a situation from an intuitive lens. I am now offering intuitive guidance outside of the studio.
Email me your question. I’ll sit with it, feel into what comes forward, and send back the guidance that wants to meet you.

This offering does not include ongoing conversation. If deeper support is needed, a full session may be recommended.
