These videos are similar to my popular YouTube videos from 2020 but are charged with an intensified energy targeted at particular challenges in your life. They cover a variety of topics that help with your everyday life like; Activating your Abundance, Chakra Clearing, Inner Child Healing, Sleep & Fatigue, Codependency, and Addiction, with new additions to the collection added regularly.

Each series of videos consists of three short, high powered 5-minute segments to be watched in the morning, afternoon, and evening. They are designed to facilitate healing at a deep level without demanding much time. The goal is to view all three videos daily until you attain your desired result. The time it takes to achieve this will vary from person to person—it may be a matter of weeks or months.

 

 

If integrating these videos into your daily routine proves challenging at first, that's completely normal. These videos are powerful, and your soul is moving you along at a pace that serves your highest good. Establishing a new habit takes time. There's no need to rush or force the process. These timeless videos are meant to be revisited repeatedly until you reach your goal, at your own pace. Embrace the journey.

 

Bear in mind that each journey will differ with every new series you explore. Some series may be easier to integrate, while others might pose more difficulty, contingent on your body's level of resistance. Many wounds may have accompanied you throughout your life; always proceed with grace and trust that your higher self is guiding you towards the most ideal path for success.

It is highly recommended before starting the videos, to print off my guide and take a brief assessment of your overall well-being, which is for your personal insight and to document the transformation process.

It is also recommended to keep a journal to record any emotional shifts and physical sensations encountered during your Reiki Video sessions. Reiki experiences can vary from person to person and at different points in their healing journey. While it is completely normal to have no sensations, others might experience flashes of lights, colors, tingling, warmth, or even heavy emotions like grief or sadness arise.  These reactions are a natural part of the healing process. Reiki helps to release old, stored emotions from the physical, emotional, or spiritual body. 

​

 

 

 

 

As with any regular Reiki session, it's important to stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, and rest as needed. Reiki may sometimes lead to a physical detox, causing nausea or diarrhea, as the body eliminates toxins, which is quite common. However, I am not a medical professional, so if you have any concerns, please seek medical advice.

Then to close the journey, we end with an Integrating series to offer a pace that helps you move with divine timing where you are invited to let go of expectations and control, and just breathe through this next phase of the journey.
