1. Do I need any experience to join?

Nope! Reiki welcomes everyone — no background in energy work is required. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore your own healing journey. Everything else will be taught and supported along the way.

2. What if I just want Reiki for myself and not to become a practitioner?

That’s beautiful and actually very common. Many students take Reiki training as a personal healing path. Reiki can support you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually — whether or not you ever offer it professionally.

3. I’m nervous I won’t “get it” or feel anything. What if it doesn’t work for me?

This is one of the most common concerns — and totally normal. Reiki flows through everyone. Some people experience energy in big ways right away, while others notice subtle shifts over time. There’s no “wrong” way to receive Reiki. Your journey will be your own, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

4. How long is the training and what’s included?

This is a 12-month journey that blends hands-on practice, personal healing, energetic attunements, and community connection.

• Level 1 & 2: Foundational training and personal practice

• Reiki Masters: Deepening your skills and stepping into leadership if called

• Coaching, community support, and optional clinic shadowing are included.

5. What happens after Level 2 or Reiki Masters?

After Level 2, students can join the Reiki Clinic to gain hands-on experience and build confidence.
After Reiki Masters, students may have opportunities to shadow Christine at live events and trainings to expand their knowledge and find their unique path — whether personal or professional.

6. What if I can’t make every training date?

Life happens, and flexibility is built into this program. We’ll work together to find solutions, offer makeup opportunities where possible, and make sure you still feel fully supported.

7. Will I be certified to practice Reiki when I’m done?

Yes. Upon completion of your training, you’ll receive certification for each level of Reiki you complete. Whether you want to use this gift for personal healing, share it with loved ones, or build a practice — your certification is valid and recognized.

8. What kind of support will I receive?

You’ll be supported by Christine — Reiki Master Teacher and founder of Project Wellness — along with a compassionate community of fellow students. You’ll receive personal coaching, guided healing, and access to real-world practice opportunities. We truly walk this journey together.

9. I’m scared of being judged or “not spiritual enough.”

Reiki is not about perfection or fitting into a mold. It’s about returning to your own inner wisdom. This space is judgment-free, welcoming all walks of life, beliefs, and backgrounds. You are enough — exactly as you are.

10. How do I know if this is right for me?

If something about Reiki stirs a quiet “yes” inside you — even if it’s mixed with nerves — that’s often the soul’s way of nudging you forward. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
